Barista

We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic Barista who will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and hot drinks with precision and care. This role will also involve bar service, so you’ll be switching between brewing the perfect espresso and pouring a flawless pint or mixing cocktails (if you’ve got the skills!).

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and hot drinks with a focus on quality and consistency
• Manage coffee station operations, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency
• Assist with stock control, including ordering and inventory management
• Provide bar service, including beer, wine, and basic mixed drinks
• (Bonus) Mix and serve cocktails if experienced in mixology
• Assist front of house team, to help ensure smooth service
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and approachable attitude

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine passion for coffee and bar service
• Previous experience as a barista
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to drink consistency
• Experience in cocktail mixology is a big plus but not essential
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend availability for part-time roles
