Waiter / Bartender

Bartenders / Waiters are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, understanding the business's steps of service, and mastering both bar and floor responsibilities. They should be knowledgeable about the menu, passionate about their work, and able to inspire others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to all guests.
• Learn and understand the steps of service at Cafe Lovelife.
• Gain expertise in both bar and floor responsibilities.
• Have comprehensive knowledge of the menu and be able to make recommendations.
• Prepare and serve drinks according to the established standards.
• Ensure the bar and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Inspire and motivate colleagues through passion and dedication.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender or waiter in a similar establishment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of drink preparation and menu items.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Passionate about the hospitality industry and providing exceptional service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
